HEAT TRANSFERS

Heat transfer graphics, also known as heat press transfers, are a popular method for applying designs onto various substrates, including fabric and paper. This process begins by printing a design onto special transfer paper using advanced printing techniques such as inkjet or sublimation. After the design is printed, the paper is placed onto the item—be it a t-shirt, bag, or another surface—with the printed side facing down.

The next step involves a heat press machine, which applies both heat and pressure to the ensemble. The heat enables the ink from the transfer paper to bond to the substrate, resulting in a vibrant and durable graphic, while the pressure ensures the ink adheres smoothly and evenly.

This technique is widely used for customizing apparel like t-shirts, hoodies, and caps, and it's also effective for producing promotional products, signage, and other personalized items. Heat transferred graphics are celebrated for their ability to accommodate full-color images and complex details, offering a cost-effective, efficient way to create high-quality, customized designs.
